In order to qualify for low hand you need to have 5 cards lower or equal to 8 , and unpaired for example : Ace, 2, 4, 6, 7 = qualifies , Ace, 2, 4, 4, 7 = doesn't qualify! If no one has low qualify hand, the player with the highest hand "scoop" the pot, which means take it all.
